Running a therapy practice comes with a learning curve most of us weren't trained for in grad school — having to learn credentialing, billing, supervision structures, and growth strategy. I've spent over 15 years navigating that landscape myself: from providing acute mental health care and crisis intervention in community and managed care settings, to supervising a team of 10 licensed clinicians and running a case management department, to building, credentialing, and billing for my own private practice from the ground up.

This consultation is for practice owners, fully licensed LPCs, and therapists at any stage who want direct, experience-based guidance — not generic advice.
