Elizabeth is a therapist who creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood. She works with children (4yo+), adolescents, adults, and families, offering both in-person and virtual sessions.

My Approach

Elizabeth's approach is collaborative and person-centered, creating a safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with confidence.

She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of the individual or family. Her goal is to help clients make sense of what they're experiencing, identify what may be getting in the way, and begin to reshape their story in a more empowering way.

Culturally Responsive, Bilingual Care

Elizabeth has experience working with immigrants and refugees and is passionate about providing culturally responsive care. As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), she supports individuals and families in both languages, creating a space where clients can express themselves fully and authentically.

She values authenticity and curiosity, and is committed to walking alongside each person and family with compassion and support as they navigate stress, life transitions, emotional wounds, and moments of growth. Her goal is to ensure every client feels supported and never alone in their healing journey.
