My Professional Background

I hold a Ph.D. in Adult, Professional, and Community Education from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University–San Antonio. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas and offer both therapy and supervision services.

I’m also a certified in hypnosis, trauma-informed practices, and currently in training for yoga, and energy healing. My approach integrates the mind, body, and spirit for holistic healing.

I use an integrative blend of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based approaches. Sessions with me are collaborative, empowering, and culturally attuned, designed to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward meaningful change.

I work primarily with adults ages 25+ — especially women of color, first-generation professionals, and working moms who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or out of alignment with their true selves.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I’m committed to creating a space where you feel fully seen, understood, and supported in both language and identity.
