Our Counseling Services
At Pathway to Inner Healing Counseling, we believe you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burned out from constantly caring for everyone else, adjusting to a new season of life, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, we're here to provide compassionate support every step of the way.
Our team offers evidence-based, holistic, and culturally responsive counseling for children (10+), teens, adults, couples, and families. We meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and without judgment—creating a space where you can slow down, process what's been weighing on you, and begin building a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
Together, we'll help you move beyond simply surviving by developing practical tools, gaining deeper self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, burnout, life transitions, maternal mental health, family relationships, or personal growth, we're honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
Our Services

You may be feeling...
You're the one everyone depends on. You keep pushing forward, checking the boxes, and taking care of everyone else—but underneath it all, you're exhausted. Maybe anxiety keeps your mind racing, you're overwhelmed by life's demands, or you've reached a point where you're asking yourself, "What happened to me?"
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, motherhood, a career transition, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone.
How therapy can help
Therapy offers a space to slow down, take a deep breath, and focus on you. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your stress, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools you can begin using in your everyday life. Sessions are collaborative, conversational, and tailored to your goals—giving you space to laugh, cry, reflect, and grow without judgment.
Imagine what's possible
Imagine waking up without immediately carrying the weight of everyone else's needs. Imagine feeling calmer, setting healthy boundaries without guilt, trusting yourself again, and creating a life that feels balanced, intentional, and genuinely yours.

You may be experiencing...
Family relationships can be some of our greatest sources of love—and our greatest sources of stress. Maybe communication feels strained, conflict keeps repeating itself, parenting has become overwhelming, or unresolved patterns continue affecting your family in ways you'd like to change.
How family therapy can help
Family therapy creates a supportive space where every voice can be heard. Together, we'll strengthen communication, improve understanding, navigate conflict with compassion, and build healthier ways of relating to one another while honoring each family member's unique perspective.
Imagine what's possible
Imagine a home where family members feel heard, communication feels easier, conflict is handled with greater understanding, and everyone feels more connected, supported, and respected.
-
You may be feeling...
Maybe you're having the same arguments over and over. Communication feels difficult, trust has been challenged, or you've simply grown apart while trying to manage the demands of everyday life.
Whether you're rebuilding your relationship or strengthening an already healthy partnership, therapy provides space to reconnect.
How couples therapy can help
We'll work together to improve communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and better understand one another's needs. Our goal isn't to determine who's right—it's to help you become stronger partners.
Imagine what's possible
Imagine feeling like you're on the same team again. Conversations become more productive, trust begins to rebuild, and your relationship becomes a place of support, connection, and partnership.

Integrative & Intuitive Tools
In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also honor the value of more intuitive and esoteric practices like moon cycles, astrology, and energetic awareness. These tools can offer meaningful insights and grounding rituals, especially during times of transition, uncertainty, or personal reflection.
If it aligns with your beliefs and interests, I’m happy to integrate these elements into our work together in a way that feels safe, empowering, and supportive.
Here are a few ways we might incorporate them:
Moon cycles for emotional awareness & reflection:
We might explore how the full or new moon brings up patterns or feelings for you — and use that awareness to support intention-setting or release.Astrology as a lens for self-understanding:
Your birth chart can offer language around your emotional needs, life themes, and how you process relationships or change. We can use it as a map for self-reflection, not a rulebook.Energetic check-ins or ritual grounding:
If you're feeling energetically "off," we can include grounding practices, guided visualizations, or intentional rituals (like journaling or card pulls) to help you reset.Working with seasons or cycles:
We may explore how you're affected by seasonal changes or energetic shifts (like eclipses or retrogrades), and how to align your self-care with your natural rhythms.
A Note on Integration
We only include these practices when they align with your personal values and comfort level. They're never required — simply an invitation, offered with curiosity and care.
