Our Counseling Services

At Pathway to Inner Healing Counseling, we believe you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burned out from constantly caring for everyone else, adjusting to a new season of life, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, we're here to provide compassionate support every step of the way.

Our team offers evidence-based, holistic, and culturally responsive counseling for children (10+), teens, adults, couples, and families. We meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and without judgment—creating a space where you can slow down, process what's been weighing on you, and begin building a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.

Together, we'll help you move beyond simply surviving by developing practical tools, gaining deeper self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, burnout, life transitions, maternal mental health, family relationships, or personal growth, we're honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Integrative & Intuitive Tools

In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also honor the value of more intuitive and esoteric practices like moon cycles, astrology, and energetic awareness. These tools can offer meaningful insights and grounding rituals, especially during times of transition, uncertainty, or personal reflection.

If it aligns with your beliefs and interests, I’m happy to integrate these elements into our work together in a way that feels safe, empowering, and supportive.

Here are a few ways we might incorporate them:

  • Moon cycles for emotional awareness & reflection:
We might explore how the full or new moon brings up patterns or feelings for you — and use that awareness to support intention-setting or release.

  • Astrology as a lens for self-understanding:
Your birth chart can offer language around your emotional needs, life themes, and how you process relationships or change. We can use it as a map for self-reflection, not a rulebook.

  • Energetic check-ins or ritual grounding:
If you're feeling energetically "off," we can include grounding practices, guided visualizations, or intentional rituals (like journaling or card pulls) to help you reset.

  • Working with seasons or cycles:
We may explore how you're affected by seasonal changes or energetic shifts (like eclipses or retrogrades), and how to align your self-care with your natural rhythms.

A Note on Integration

We only include these practices when they align with your personal values and comfort level. They're never required — simply an invitation, offered with curiosity and care.
