What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have. It’s a space for you to share at your own pace while I learn how best to support you.
How long are sessions.
Individual sessions are typically 55 minutes long. Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged based on your needs and goals
How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on what feels most supportive. We can adjust the frequency as you make progress or as life changes.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I accept several insurance plans. (Here are the most common insurances accepted:Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare) . Please contact me or check the scheduling page to see if I’m in-network with your provider. If I’m not in-network, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! I offer online telehealth sessions for clients located in Texas. This allows you to meet from the comfort of your own space, making therapy more accessible and flexible.
Can we incorporate holistic or spiritual practices into sessions?
Absolutely. If it aligns with your values, I’m comfortable incorporating tools like mindfulness, moon cycles, astrology, journaling, and energy awareness into our work together. These are always optional and tailored to your comfort level.

What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
